#BocaDelRío, #Ver.- The Mayor of Boca del Río, Juan Manuel Unánue Abascal, emphasized that during the 13 months of his administration he has supported education, fostering a positive social impact and consequently, better trained citizens to face the challenges of our community.

This after the invitation of Mtro. Carlos Raúl Velázquez Hernández, Rector of the Centro de Estudios Veracruz University (CEV), to witness the delivery of 12 Honorary Doctorates, honorary title that distinguishes the professional and personal trajectory of the awardees who have excelled for the benefit of society.
